I purchased from epic play for the first time, after reading some reviews I thought it seems okay. I placed the order and it arrived 2 days later which is pretty impressive. However, when I opened the packaging it was damaged the car seats were torn and there were scratches all over the body of the car. I then emailed epic play for a new car and they replied back quick and booked the car in for collection. The car was picked up and a new one was delivered after chasing for several days. The new item was also damaged!!! Now I am currently waiting for the item to be collected again and for my refund to come through as I do not want another replacement. it is sad as it was for a birthday present and I couldn’t give it in time. Never ordering again from epic play.. very disappointed.

I was not very happy with the condition the car came in, it has a crack on the side of the door. And the steering wheel where the stroll is meant to go right the way through it doesn't. So the steering wheel is not able to steer around. I totally feel as if I was given a damaged good. Instead of something brand new. My 3rd daughter birthday is today!! I fully enquired and was told he comes flats pack, which it did BUT With cracks. Which was only last night I built it and found all these difficulties. I will be sending pictures through so you know what exactly I mean. I would like to know what I can get done about this very BIG ISSUES!! She will face while using???
