Two-box order arrived on separate dates. Both boxes had significant damage and open. Both items also had damaged parts and missing nuts/washers. Either, very poor quality manufacture and/or courier delivery service needs improvement.

I did not receive the nameplate for month and at the end they said we cannot help you also bad customer service never buy from them.

Had several problems with the car purchased! First car was not even in a good condition. It was clearly someone’s second hand one. They replaced it with another which doesn’t have any logos on the seats. I did receive emails but the last email has been ignored when I have been asking where are the logos to the seats. Along with there is no way to get through to a manager. They ruined my child’s first birthday! Rubbish site!

I pre-ordered a lazy spa Vegas it arrived a week late when it arrived I put it up fro the first time and it had a puncher expected epic play to change it I’ll give me my money back and they made me look for the puncher and send loads of pictures and now I have to wait for Best way warranty team to deal with it . my kids are very disappointed because I bought it for them when I had a week off on holiday to use at my holiday home and now all we’re doing is looking at sitting there damaged in its box
