Ordered this for my sons birthday but when it arrived a wrong corner piece made it unusable - I contacted Epic Play on a Sunday & got a response that day! They sorted it & had a new part delivered by Samba on the Tuesday - this was not Epic Play’s fault at all & I was very impressed how they rectified it quickly for me. Great Customer Service! 👍

My Granson, just 3 years old in December, absolutely adores it !

We got the trampoline delivered & installed within a few days of placing the order. Throughout the communication was great, telling us about when it was to be delivered, speaking to the delivery/installation guy on the day etc. The installation was fast & efficient, & the trampoline itself is great, its the best looking trampoline I've ever seen! The only thing I would say is that its a lot bigger than one imagines! The height, including the safety net is over 270 cm, but its stated as 240 on the site. The other slight niggle is that you can't remove the safety net, as its sewn directly onto the trampoline, so you can't remove & store the netting away from the trampoline, which means once you take it down for the winter, there's no way to use the trampoline without the net on the odd sunny day, which is probably a good thing, as it would be quite dangerous to not have the safety net there, our children are forever crashing into the netting!

Payment processed and item delivered..albeit damaged

Shipping was not very clear said it would be delivered before 9.30 am and I had no other notifications about it I didn’t even know it had been delivered late that day
