It would be helpful if an email or text could be sent letting people know when the order is being delivered.Luckily someone was home when it arrived.You can't expect people to stay at home constantly ( especially with a very large box being delivered)

Delivery was fine , but item was poor

Car seat was damaged. Received unsatisfactory refund although prompt response. Not happy with the purchase.

Great lorry bought for my sons 3rd birthday, he loves it!! HeadLights don’t work though. Emailed epic play who sent a refund of £15 for this. Shame as this cost a lot of money!! Also paid extra for the personalised number plates - had I known they were laminated paper I’d of made my own! Good lorry - just a shame the lights don’t work!

just received my Monster Truck ( BRIGHT-RED) WHICH IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND NO MISSING PARTS.. Wasn't happy at first with ordering my monster truck, because the colour that was advertised on there website( BURGUNDY RED) was not a colour they even had in stock, they offered me the option of the BRIGHT RED truck with EVA TRYE UPGRADE(which really wasn't a upgrade because as advertised on there website this was a FREE UPGRADE for the monster truck ANYWAY) or wait for the BURGUNDY RED monster truck comes back in stock ,which was not an option for me because my daughters birthday was around the corner, SO ALL SAID AND DONE I WOULD'VE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THEM SELLING A FALSE EVA TRYE UPGRADE WHICH WAS FREE ANYWAY.....THE REASON I BOUGHT FROM THEM INSTEAD OF OUTDOOR TOYS.CO.UK (WHICH WAS £70 CHEAPER BY THE WAY FOR THE TRUCK) BUT WAS NOT OFFERING EVA TYRE UPGRADE AND EPICPLAY WAS...SO NEVER GOT A DISCOUNT FOR MY INCONVENIENCE HENCE 3 STARS
