I can never get any help from the website and when I call I am treated like I am the dumbest person on the planet. Customer Service could be a lot better in the long run.

BAD, no customer service for customers. Free items on back order and this stops the paying product. I am missing ships, and can't continue with the Enterprise build. Products are good, just hard to get them.
