I’ve been waiting for over 1/2 a year for 35,36,37 and 38. I’m getting stuff in the 60’s now for a different orrery, but I can’t even build the first one because I was never sent 35, 36, 37 and 38. I’ve spent so much money and I’m afraid to walk away. Wish I could buy them… but they won’t sell them. They keep sending me everything after, which is useless missing 35,36,37 and 38. I’m mentally exhausted. Just an awful feeling being out so much money and at the mercy, hoping the next shipment will be right. But I should know better.

Missing 8 kits 19-26 (March and April). The February shipment arrived in September so I am still holding out hope.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on something that just sets in boxes because I am missing the parts to finish the project

Overpriced

Customer service and quality are top notch. Dependability on orders arriving are terrible.
