Your communication is a joke. I never know when parts are going to ship. Calling customer service is luck of the draw as to whether you'll get someone who can help you or not.

Among the worst companies I have ever dealt with for customer service and communication. They do not put their customers first. I also don’t think they give their employees the right tools to help their customers.

I have been more frustrated,

I have been more frustrated, spent a ton of time trying to deal with Eaglemoss customer service, and just generally regretting my decision to subscribe from Eaglemoss. Their guarantee is worthless. Their ability to deliver doesn’t exist. Their customer service is useless. Eaglemoss’s customer service reps aren’t given any useful information. Nor do they seem to be empowered to provide any actual service.

Poor customer service being the fact that anytime you call to find out where your parts are at because they're four months late you get excuses of I don't know or they're in California or China and they don't know when they're getting them back in stock, considering this is a monthly building kit and I haven't received parts that I've been waiting for for almost 4 months is kind of stupid and ridiculous not happy at all, terrible communication,and they are not willing to resolve any problems
