THIEVES. EM deserves ZERO STARS, you suck, you took my money and sent me an incomplete kit with missing parts. EM is just like ANOVOS—Run by snotty Millenials, who don’t deliver the goods and take your money and run like a THIEF. Customer service USELESS and DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS—PEOPLE SHOULD NOT GIVE EM THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY. I PAID MONEY AND HAVE NO COMPLETED SHIP TO SHOW FOR IT. GO CHAPTER 11!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. Have been missing a kit (Enterprise #11) for 2 months, and have not received it despite emailing several times and being assured it will be sent. Very unhappy and would not recommend to others. It’s a lot money to pay each month when I won’t even get the kits I paid to receive.

Not happy at all. Why would a company sell something they dont have all the parts for. Right in the middle of the build and have not received any parts in months.

Eaglemoss is chronically unable to

Eaglemoss is chronically unable to deliver goods on time. And saying "not on time" is being generous. In 2 years of subscribing to different build-ups, I have never once gotten shipments on schedule. Not once. Most recently, I waited 7 MONTHS between deliveries. There's something wrong with logistics beyond "supply chain issues." Eaglemoss controls the inventory, knows how many subscribers they have, and where each is in their build. There's no excuse for such consistently poor inventory management.

Unless you just have money to burn…. Find a different model company. I would rather go to the dentist for a root canal then deal with evilMoss ever again.
