Eaglemoss has no regard for their customers. I purchased the Enterprise kit and suddenly without notice they stopped shipping. I called customer service and asked what the problem was and they said they had supplier problems. When I asked why they did not notify us they had no answer. When I asked when we could expect the next shipment, again no answer. When I asked if they were looking for alternative suppliers, again no answer.
This cycle went on for many months of no shipments, no notifications and numerous “I don’t know” answers when I called. They did not offer any type of compensation as a Im sorry and we value your business please accept this free gift. Nothing but silence. I will never buy anything from them again and will not refer anyone to them either.
