I’m disappointed. This is an over-promised and under-delivered monthly subscription service and tends to go dark for months at a time (most recently 6months) and expects us to stay loyal. I should be half-way through this 2 year commitment and after 1 year, I’m not even 1/4. In the meantime I would struggle to count a single time someone had reached out to inform me that orders or parts are delayed or on backorder. Instead I’ve had to rely on secondary channels in the same boat as me. I hadn’t invested as much time, money and desire into this I would have stopped with a bit of a frame of a model that can be something spectacular. As a result I intend to finish my agreed commitment to continue the build. How well, or likely poorly, Eaglemoss treats the next 18 or so “monthly” subscriptions will determine if I choose to do another build this this.

Haven’t received a new kit in over half a year because one has been out of stock that long without being replenished. Starting to wonder if I was duped into a scam.
