Where's my model!?

Waited 9 months for my next shipment, then was charged and extra $20. It's been over a week since these charges appeared and still no shipment notification. I have a lawyer looking into this and planning on a class action lawsuit as I am not the only customer that Eaglemoss is doing this to.
