There has been no communication, explanation, or apology for the delays. I understand there is a global pandemic where loss of life slowed production and shipping to a hault, but hearing from Eaglemoss that we should expect delays and what expected dates should be would have gone a long way. Phone support gave members of our FB group inconsistent messages about in stock kits, backorders, and expected shipping dates. The automatic opt-in and manual opt-out for extra, high cost "bonus" items has had inconsistent messaging as well resulting in a few unwanted "purchases."
