There has been no communication, explanation, or apology for the delays. I understand there is a global pandemic where loss of life slowed production and shipping to a hault, but hearing from Eaglemoss that we should expect delays and what expected dates should be would have gone a long way. Phone support gave members of our FB group inconsistent messages about in stock kits, backorders, and expected shipping dates. The automatic opt-in and manual opt-out for extra, high cost "bonus" items has had inconsistent messaging as well resulting in a few unwanted "purchases."

When I asked to have

When I asked to have my subscriptions to the Star Trek, Star Trek Discovery and Battlestar Galactica to be cancelled, I only got notification that my Discovery subscription was cancelled. Days later I still was charged and received a Battlestar Galactica issue which has been absent for months. I still have a damaged in shipping Antares that has not been replaced. Service from Eaglemoss has hit an all time low for me. This is highly disappointing.

I've been waiting 7 months

I've been waiting 7 months and they still haven't sent me anything but yet they still charge my account. And customer support hasn't responded to emails or phone calls.
