Overall for the collection I am giving the a 3 star rating. I did enjoy the issues I received as the models were good quality and the magazines were an enjoyable read, but I notice some occasional problems. I had to either call in or send an email on multiple occasions regarding issues with either model quality (pieces broken or bent) or orders not containing the correct product entirely (wrong model sent etc.) I am still waiting on one request I created in the past where I purchased the 2 of the shuttle sets, and one of them was missing one of the magazines for a shuttle. Also, My collection is still not complete. Aside from the quarterly special editions and the online only specials, I still have not received all of my regular issues. Have those issues that I have not yet received been discontinued? Are they on hold and will be sent in the future?

Need to include more parts so the build can be completed faster

When the pieces are coming, it's great. I am still missing pieces from the first set and you started sending the following sets (which I like), so now I have 3 incomplete sets instead of just the first one. That part is pretty disappointing since technically it's been years now. That said, the fact you have followed up and started filling the gaps (like Scarlet Witch and Doc Oc) is fantastic and appreciated. I have hopes for a complete set yet!

Is having issues with some of the shipments not being complete the order pullers are not fully double checking the is bullchecking the order before they send it down-the-line
