I have yet to get a response to my questions about the changes to the binder design.

I have yet to hear back from Customer service about the changes to the binder.

Getting issues and parts took awhile to recive, and then there was issues with double of 1 part while missing another. This has happened quite a few times across multiple builds and may need a more quality control involved

After a year of no activity I was very surprised when you withdrew $77 from my bank account. I like the books but after a year I thought we were done. A little warning next time would be wonderful, just in case I'm no longer interested.

Needs better way to keep track and manage subscription.
