I was really excited when

I was really excited when I subscribed to this model, however the company did not deliver what I expected. First of all, there are two generations of parts. Black labels are the new ones, and the red labels, that are the older builds. The parts with red label packing have much higher quality, which suggests that the parts quality have deteriorated over time. Secondly, several of the exterior parts have dents and scratches out of the box. I will reach out to customer service and ask them to replace these parts and see what they would do. Lastly, the advertisement on the main page states that the stand and the binder and other items will be shipped as gifts. However, I was charged for several of these items. So that is false advertisement as well. It sure seems like the old management/parent company was much more customer oriented with a more understanding of the value of collectibles than the new management.

Quality wise, its incredible, I

Quality wise, its incredible, I really love how it looks and it isn't even completed. Customer service and subscription wise, Eaglemoss leaves a lot to be desired. When I originally signed up for the subscription, I was excited to receive a new box every month. After the first few boxes that frequency started to change and grow more unpredictable and long. During some periods I reached out to understand what was happening. It usually took a while for a response. And the response I understood, pandemic supply shortages etc etc. I get that, but a notification or follow up would have been helpful. At this point now, I am still interested in subscribing, but if the option to just get every package in a bulk order was available, I would do that just to not have to deal with the random and unpredictable deliveries.
