Customer service is alright, stock availability is not so.

At first I was real excited. Now not so much. I have not received a shipment since November.

Products are excellent... shipping, not so much.

shipping is good how ever drawn out plus they send stuff that is irrelevant to the build

I would give it 3.5 stars but not 4. It's just that, OK. I am having fun with the build but for what it cost the quality is not there. I have had parts not fit or align properly, stripped screw holes. The "hover" wheels are very fragile and actually broke on mine just moving it during the build process. The interior features are lacking and I had to buy mods to really make it what it should have been. Customer service for me has been spot on. Any time I have had an issue with the build I have received replacement parts within 2 weeks or less and I feel that is pretty fast considering the supply chain issues. I was going to start the Star Trek USS Enterprise but after the issues with this build I decided not to get it. Cost vs quality is why I didn't get it.
