good concept but was not executed well enough.

We ordered a happy flowers watch but a mermaid watch arrived instead. I contacted the store and no one followed up with me. Very disappointed.

Was sent the wrong item. E-mailed twice to get the error corrected but received no response

Never received items, tracking link just says items are on the way since 10/11. Extremely unhappy.

I would like to return this product and no one will respond to my emails.
