Horrible product and customer service. Bands came off of the watches the first day we got them. I made sure the watch face was secure when I placed the air tag in the watch. I repeatedly checked it to make sure it was secure through the day and it still fell out. I have 2 watches that are broke and one that doesn’t have a watch face. I emailed customer service and still have not received a response.

The watch does not work! Time doesn’t stay on, my son and are are very disappointed

I really wanted to love this watch. It’s a great concept but needs lots of work. We went through 2 watches in less than 2 days. The watches broke within hours of using them. I reached out to customer service when the 1st watch broke. They informed I was sent an old model and sent a new watch informing the face should not be popping out. When I received the replacement and placed it on my son, within hours the strap fell off. I again emailed customer service and informed due the band being silicone and the prongs being short, the strap fell off and tore the hole open. In response, they sent me a refund/return label. I mailed it back and never received a refund even after multiple outreaches. We ended up purchases one final time and hoped third times a charm. So far so good but very disappointed with customer service.

Face of watch falls out very easy once air tag is installed. Poorly designed product

Did not receive the watch even though it states delivered. We have a very disappointed 9 year old.
