I have currently paid for 3 items and everything has been delayed for one reason or another. I would love to give more stars, but I just get the run around with no definitive answer about my orders.

I still haven’t received my purchases

I was sent only 2 collectible watches instead of the ones I originally ordered. Also, was sent another item that I didn't order. You need to pay close attention when packing items to be sent and double check everything.

Ordered a Finn Balor figure, was cancelled. Alexa Bliss has been out of stock for forever... Get it together Eaglemoss.

I would be happy if I received all of the items I am supposed to. Most of the orders I place are multiples of the same item. When the shipment arrives, there is only one of each item, when there should be 2 or 3. On top of that, the enclosed invoice always shows the correct number.
