I am not satisfied I ordered four batmobiles and only 2 arrived. One is broken and the other arrived open.

I've put an order for a number of ships back in October 2021 and it remained pending 'til April 2022. I canceled that order because I was told a few items were still not in stock. I then placed new orders for items that were in stock, and separated those into 3 distincts orders. After a month, I'm still waiting for them to be processed.

When I order something the web site says in stock, but after I buy it and receive nothing for over a month, I call, and then I'm told oh, sorry, it's out of stock now. Well why would the web site says it's in stock but after I buy it it's not any longer. I'm still waiting for item that I ordered in February that I'm told are not in stock but I see them showing in stock online.

Waiting 1 to 5 month to receive something when it says "in stock" at the time of purchase is not cool at all
