Always problems with these guys
I have placed 3 orders with Eaglemoss this year, only one of them had no problems.
The first, I ordered 3 Star Trek ships, the Edison-class, Concorde-class, and the XL Akira Class (Thunderchild). When I received my shipment, the invoice listed those 3 ships, but the box actually contained an Enterprise D and XL Enterprise A. Completely the wrong items, not even the correct number of items. After dealing with several customer service people, they said they'd correct my order, but only after I shipped the incorrect items back. They would only give me a UPS label, even though I informed them that there isn't a UPS drop-off location within 7 miles of me. They also sent the label as a GIF, which is not a standard printable file type, so even that is weird, backwards, and frustrating. I ended up having to drive well out of my way to make the drop-off and then wait more than another week to get the correct items.
My second order, for 4 Starships, came through without any major problems.
My third order was for 3 more Starships, the Bonaventure, Titan, and XL Cerritos. All 3 ships arrived, but the Bonaventure was missing the magazine that it's supposed to come with. After contacting customer service again, I was instructed to send an email (apparently the CS reps that do the chat aren't empowered to assist on the matter). I did so and heard back the next day that the matter was being forwarded to "management." I have email twice since then and gotten similar responses. It has been 3 weeks since my incomplete order arrived and there has still been no resolution.
Bottom line: if you order from Eaglemoss, be aware that you're rolling the dice in terms of actually getting what you paid for and that there will be numerous, frustrating hoops to jump through when, not if, something goes wrong.
