Unilaterally cancelled orders, poor response on customer service

The ships are fantastic, unparalleled - but the customer service experience so far has been very poor. I’ve had orders confirmed, charged, then cancelled; confirmed, then told that 70% of the items were out of stock. When I brought up the inconvenience, I was given a discount code indistinguishable from the regular rolling discounts the site already offers.

Damaged boxes

I paid more than Amazon to order from you and got damaged item boxes (shipping box was fine). As a seller of collectibles you should know better than to send these.

Most of the items I try to order when Igo to check out says “the following item(s) cannot be shipped to your country. My country is Canada

Still no items

Bought items about a month ago - no items, and no shipping update. Have gotten emails about every three days though about not being able to bill my credit card for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for. Glad I used PayPal. I just want my stuff and to never order from here again
