I would like my $104 refund I've been waiting for several months now. And the black supreme dalek you removed from your website that I never received and your customer service has been unable to refund!

Placed my order June 1, now it’s July 2 and still my Battlestar Galactica Viper has not been shipped, 3 times I seeked contact, answer 1: order has not gone through(?) , answer 2: your order does not exist, answer 3: too busy with backlog of orders, still waiting for action from their side…

Canceled the order after a month of no shipping on "in stock" items. Never, ever again. I'm not in the business of loaning money to companies for nothing in return.

Poor website can’t order in Canada no more👎🏻

Placed order May 17, still have not received it. I’m sure it is a quality product but only 1 star for the fact it’s been over the 28 days you suggested. I have had things shipped to Canada from the US many times and have never had this issue.
