Irritating

Standing Subscription orders cannot be guaranteed to be sent out/received in NUMERICAL order. This is a big issue and drives me insane; have to keep track myself. Very frustrating to see SKIPPED subscription orders IN STOCK on website - this is poor management of supply!

Damaged

Book I ordered came to me severely damaged on the top corner passing through most of the pages. Notified the company who said they would send me out a new one. New one came to me with the same damage in the same place. Just not quite as bad.
