Web Site is great....
As long as a customer does not have to deal with your customer service, both on the phone or via email. Canned responses, no empathy to a customers situation and no tools to make things right. I waited a month to receive the first of 2 orders, one of the ships I received was broken. Your QA does not check the product before they pack it for shipping. The 2 star rating is less about your web site, which I find great, and more reflective of your after sale service.
