Web Site is great....

As long as a customer does not have to deal with your customer service, both on the phone or via email. Canned responses, no empathy to a customers situation and no tools to make things right. I waited a month to receive the first of 2 orders, one of the ships I received was broken. Your QA does not check the product before they pack it for shipping. The 2 star rating is less about your web site, which I find great, and more reflective of your after sale service.

broke Batman or the damaged Dark Knight

Replacement Batman was broken off at the ankle of left foot. Seems to be a structural weakness

Great products! Poor service!

Figurines arrive without magazines -- magazines arrive without figurines, figurines arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Sales occur before figurines pre-ordered arrive. Items are often marked sold out BEFORE pre-ordered items arrive. Call me, I can go on

Poor stock and shipping

I’ve always loved the little Starships but I’ve also been continuously disappointed in the shipping time (even when I pay - free then you get what you pay for). Additionally I’ve waited over 2 years (and counting) for some of my skipped subscription items and since the store and subscriptions are different parts of Eaglemoss you can’t just judge stuff by what is in the store.
