Order has not shipped out after 3+ weeks and no ETA given after contacting customer service. A separate order arrived with broken pieces, but a replacement was received after contacting customer service.

Still have not recieved order placed late November even though it supposedly ships within 3 business days. Got explanation it's a supply issue. IF true, it is not entirely Eaglemoss's fault so 2 stars. Even so, don't promise 3 business days if you can't do it.

Some of the sizes should be a bit larger. Im still waiting on one to arrive when I went to order was available but now support says its out of stock. Not happy with that.

It took a long long time before your order reached. What is your courier doing ? I had to make my inquiry 3 times before I finally received a single reply. Really poor responsiveness Your website or your system sucks, not easy to operate!!!! I need an explanation ! Please reply !!!

I was thrilled when I received my first order from eaglemoss. I thought it was going to be clear sailing from here on out. I tried placing another order. It would not let me get to checkout.
