I recently ordered three starships. It took a month to ship them and then one arrived damaged. Don’t even get me started on not being able to do preorders in Canada. Get your act together.

Order page doesn't display current order status

Very happy with the product. Unfortunately it took several emails complaining about the length of time to get it shipped. I ordered one of your products from Amazon and received it the next day! It took almost a month to receive the products I ordered directly from you. My last email I sent requested a refund and then I got an email response saying it was shipped. I really do think your products are great, it’s just that these days waiting for that long for it to be shipped isn’t really acceptable.

I bought Eaglemoss' Fallout line. I got two Prydwins and two Vertibirds. Each time they sent them they only sent one. The first order was fixed with an email. Slipping was a bit slow but thats the world we live in now. The second order only had one Vertibird so I emailed again. I was not mad, I just wanted to get my other one sent. The rep tells me they will send it right out....... in a month because they are doing inventory. How is it ok to make a customer wait a month to get the item they paid for when it's within your power to make it right. I am considering a chargeback on credit card if the item doesn't show up sooner.

In late November, I ordered two pieces (a weeping angel and a 13th Doctor.). By mid December, I had only received the magazine for the 13th Doctor- but someone else's packing slips. I contacted customer service and a new angel was shipped. I was told the 13th Doctor was on backorder. The angel arrived just before X-mas, but it is the end of December and the other figure has yet to arrive. I am disappointed. I wish there were tracking notifications or regular updates from Eaglemoss.
