A Disappointing Transaction
In late November, I ordered two pieces (a weeping angel and a 13th Doctor.). By mid December, I had only received the magazine for the 13th Doctor- but someone else's packing slips. I contacted customer service and a new angel was shipped. I was told the 13th Doctor was on backorder. The angel arrived just before X-mas, but it is the end of December and the other figure has yet to arrive. I am disappointed. I wish there were tracking notifications or regular updates from Eaglemoss.
