Large purchase no notifications of delivery

Ordered several items approximately 6 weeks ago, there has been no notification of any possible delivery date Please contact me via email or telephone with delivery date.

Order Not received

I did not receive anything yet. I did not receive any email with the shipping information. Sent an email twice last week, no answer yet. We are over the 4 weeks period and still nothing.

No pre-order service to Canada

I'm disappointed that whenever I try to pre-order a model I'm told that's not possible because I'm in Canada. Since Eaglemoss already operates internationally I fail to see what the problem is and I wish you would fix it.

To long and wrong Item

Aside from the fact that it takes forever to get an order, I ordered a Star Trek Phase 2 Enterprise and received an Enterprise A from the movies along with an invoice that was for someone else and a whole different item. I am hoping that things are made right soon.
