Constant delays

I love the ships, but every order I place is faced with consistent delays from the initial anticipated release rate. There is one that has been delayed constantly for over 6 months now and still has more of a delay. If this happens with EVERY ship, why not just announce a more realistic release date when a ship goes up for presale?

Timing

I have consistently received discount codes days after they have expired. Always sent to the correct email but the time stamp of the email clearly shows it arrived, sometimes, days after the dead line.

Promises Not Kept

I was a subscriber from day 1 when the first Star Trek subscription was made available. Over time, the ability to get issues on time and within a reasonable amount of time became increasingly worse and worse. Thank goodness the issue is over. I had to, as with other issues, order issue 180 separate from the subscription process. I am very wary of participating in any future Eaglemoss subscription events due to this very unprofessional and inept management process. Your ability to instill customer confidence is exceptionally poor and does not promote future sales.
