Promises Not Kept
I was a subscriber from day 1 when the first Star Trek subscription was made available. Over time, the ability to get issues on time and within a reasonable amount of time became increasingly worse and worse. Thank goodness the issue is over. I had to, as with other issues, order issue 180 separate from the subscription process. I am very wary of participating in any future Eaglemoss subscription events due to this very unprofessional and inept management process. Your ability to instill customer confidence is exceptionally poor and does not promote future sales.
