Extremely happy with product. Not happy about the time to deliver.

I love your collection of ship models, but the Aliens and Battlestar models don't ship to Canada for some reason. I get emails about sales on them, add them to my cart, and then NOPE can't ship to this little apparent Siberian backwater. You'd be getting so much of my business otherwise, at least a $900 order. Very disappointing.

I have three items pending delivery since december ‘21 and February ‘22. I had not received updates about their status until I contacted support. The delay understandable due to transport and supply chain issues. But customers should be updated when estimated shipping dates are known to have changed.

Fulfillment is a joke, they keep claiming its due to delays to shortages, they constantly push back ship dates with no answers from customer support other than the new date. Pre-ordered items are not fulfilled before new purchases on launch dates certain ships, so even though I pre-ordered a model the day it was announced I still haven't received 8 months later but they are now "on backorder" if you purchase it. Models are awesome and that's the only reason it gets 2 stars.
