Love the products but shipping time is awful

Ordered 3 of the small ships, detail is great and well made. Shipping took almost 2 months hence the low score.

Shopping at eaglemoss

So the reason for the two stars is because of the lack of communication.... Every time I order something from here I only ever receive just my PayPal statement of the purchase and then I hear nothing else from your website. If possible I would at least like to receive a "We are preparing your order for shipping" or "Your order will ship soon at around (insert expected time frame)" emails when it came time. The main thing that also bothers me is the fact there is no notification of delays when it comes to an ordered product. I waited months after the initial expected release date for a product but instead of notifying me of the delay it just remained as "Expected shipping (insert month that has already passed)" only to suddenly change the next day to several months later. I understand situations come up but a notification of a delay would be nice rather than wondering if I'm ever going to receive my product.

Incorrect Billing / Shipping Delays

2 orders in 2022 resulted in me receiving this message: However, we received an error when we attempted to charge the credit card that you provided for your payments. In order to continue your shipments, please contact Customer Service at our toll-free number 800-261-6898 to update your credit card information. I paid with paypal and the actual billing issue was an international charge neglected to be charged. The second time I called, I was told the card declined, resubmitted the payment, then received duplicate orders. Charges appeared on paypal and my card statements. The last order was placed 4/30/22 and a I finally received it 5/24/22.

Damaged item

The problem with eaglemoss is there is always a huge delay in responding to issues with email and a longer delay, months to finalize solving the issue
