I really like the different models of characters, creatures and spacecraft offered by Eaglmoss. However, I am inundated with emails offering me "great discounts" on my next order - except that the items I want to order always have a disclaimer stating that, "This item is not eligible for use with promo codes or sitewide discounts." so why offer the discounts if we can't use them on the products we want?

Enjoyed what i received, BUT i did not receive them every month AND i am missing a couple of Volumes in 50s and 60s

In the month since I placed my order, I have just received an order confirmation. No shipping notification and no order has arrived.
