love the product but takes too long to receive orders. Need more classic models and not the online ones.

Happy with site but no updates

The site is a good experience, albeit, can be slow at times. I've ordered multiple times from here. The only feedback I have is that my last order was November 24th and while I understand there are global impacts on shipping and supply chains, I have not received any update on my order for over a month now. Even just a "hey, we know you're still waiting" would alleviate concerns that my order got lost.

Canada is neglected

To whom it may concern, I love your items, but it's frustrating living in Canada and seeing that most of the new items are not available for preorder from the Canadian section of your website. As well, most of the discount codes don't work when ordering from Canada as well. I would love to order the USS Cerritos when it was available for preorder, but that wasn't an option for Canadians. And, quite frankly, I'm not spending a huge amount of money for overseas shipping and duties for something that should be available in North America. If you could look into addressing this problem, that would make us Canadians feel appreciated as a customer.

For whatever reason, you wouldn't

For whatever reason, you wouldn't send a USS Appalachia to Canada. The Streamrunner Class is one of the ships I need to fill out my Star Trek collection.

NOTIFICATION OF BACKORDERED ITEMS

You should notify your costumers if items are on BackOrder. I have an order from June 2021 that I am still waiting on. I had to follow up with customer service numerous times to be told they'll be ReShipped. As of Nov 2021, most of my items I am still waiting on. At this point, you should just refund me items you can't ship.
