One of my models has a defect. The USS Reliant concept. One of the lower pods is at a noticeable angle from the other and just looks wrong. Really detracts from the model, which is a shame. I was looking forward to this one for some time.

Ordered 3 items during black Friday, I understood the high volume and already gave 1 month for them to prepare my shipment. Still no updates! They did not do anything until I send them email asking what's going on! Otherwise items are quality and ship models are nicely crafted.

The products I received are of excellent quality and the shipping was very fast. However, the reason for my 3-star rating is the extremely slow processing time. It took over 1 month to process my order, and the processing times indicated in the web site vary widely depending on the page viewed. Eaglemoss needs to improve on this. Other than the processing times issue, I would have given a 5-star rating.

The site is good generally, a bit slow at loading on my phone, which isn’t necessarily a site issue. Mark is more for an issue with the order sent, as it was a repeat of a previous order that I had already received. That is a processing issue, but is associated with the overall experience. Hopefully I actually get the order I made. I did send an email to customer service.

My husband and I have ordered a few times and have had things shipped to us broken. This should definitely be addressed. I ordered this last time and both items I ordered arrived broken. There was no damage to the box on the outside at all so I can only assume they are leaving the warehouse broken
