I order three Items in two separate orders the first two items were ordered one arrive quickly and the other was back-ordered even though the site didn't say that at the time I ordered. The final item still has yet to arrive and was not back-ordered and I even received a request to review the item they haven't shipped yet.

I've got all my items but there's one message and that would be Daggett The animal stuffed I'm still waiting on that but other than that everything I've got I've got pretty quickly

I initially had trouble finding the Space:1999 replica that I wanted to order because when I typed in that title on your website's search box, it took me to some other replicas and one time even stated "nothing found". I had to back out of the website and do a search on Google in order to be taken to the exact replica that I wanted on your site. It was strange, but that's the way I found it. Maybe the problem has been fixed now, but I don't know. Thankfully, I got my order, but it took over a month before I received it. I was told that it couldn't be shipped because of COVID delays and low staffing, but my order was in their warehouse waiting to be shipped for over a month! Like I said, I finally got my order and my later orders did not take that long to receive, thankfully. But you can see that your website can be improved in at least a couple of ways. Also, I would love to see some Babylon 5 ship replicas available to order on your site (and I'm sure I'm not the only one). B5 aired for 5 seasons (110 episodes) and several movies and was popular in the UK as well as the US and other countries. So, it makes no sense to me why things like WWE wrestlers get some items made and sold on your site, but B5 doesn't get any! Please consider B5 ship replicas.

US base price is about a 20% markup. Shipping to the US is about a 30% markup, and it didnt even ship from the UK, it shipped from a warehouse in indiana or Illinois. The box after it arrived was damaged, the magazine was damaged, the figures were pristine. I love the figures.
