Web site review/survey

Would love to see you add a feature that tracks past orders on the site. It would make it easier to avoid ordering dupes, (which I have done a few times now...)

Great merchandise but disappointing logistics

I love collecting the star trek ships but i've lost track of the number of times I've had problems with orders. It's not possible to tell from the website which items have shipped and which have not. When I do get a box, I compare the contents of the box to the inventory sheet and at least 40% of the time they do not match. It will say they sent a Phase 2 enterprise and mag on the sheet, but in the box is a phase 2 enterprise magazine, but an Enterprise E ship. Sometimes it's an extra ship or an extra magazine or missing a magazine but when it is a missing a ship I file a ticket to have the missing ship sent. Repeatedly not getting what you ordered and not knowing which items the company thinks they've shipped creates a disappointing customer experience for what is otherwise a great product.

Feedback on order not delivered yet

Appreciate you asking for my feedback, however I would recommend not soliciting feedback until the order is actually fulfilled.

Wish out of stock items would be filled… orders are hung up.

While I love the site and the Doctor Who figurines I am disappointed that a few orders are completely hung up due to out of stock items.. I have an order that is hung up and no movement on delivery for 6 months at least. Six months! Yet I’ve seen items from that order appear back on the site for people to buy. It’s very frustrating. I wish we were able to buy from the UK site because they have releases which haven’t hit the US shores yet. I just wish there was movement of my order that has been in limbo for about 6 months or more.

Almost 2 months waiting

I placed an order at the beginning of January. I understand they wouldn’t ship until after January 26, it we’re on February 14 and my item hasn’t shipped yet or I haven’t been sent any communication in that regard. This is certainly not a positive experience given I already paid 2 months ago for the product. I will not be ordering from you anymore.
