Great merchandise but disappointing logistics
I love collecting the star trek ships but i've lost track of the number of times I've had problems with orders. It's not possible to tell from the website which items have shipped and which have not. When I do get a box, I compare the contents of the box to the inventory sheet and at least 40% of the time they do not match. It will say they sent a Phase 2 enterprise and mag on the sheet, but in the box is a phase 2 enterprise magazine, but an Enterprise E ship. Sometimes it's an extra ship or an extra magazine or missing a magazine but when it is a missing a ship I file a ticket to have the missing ship sent. Repeatedly not getting what you ordered and not knowing which items the company thinks they've shipped creates a disappointing customer experience for what is otherwise a great product.
