No Magazines

I am very disappointed that Eaglemoss no longer produces a magazine about each ship. I really enjoyed them. I have been told that these magazines are, or will be, available online, but the selection online is very spotty, and in any case doesn’t replace the pleasures of a real magazine. the ships, however, remain excellent.

Great merchandise but disappointing logistics

Your website provides no way of cancelling a single item in an order or provides any feedback about when one can expect a delivery until after something ships. I have preorded items which are now in stock and for sale, but there is no word of when I will get my pre-order. Also, the logistics and inventory management is terrible. 50% of my orders arrive with the contents of the box not matching the inventory sheet. I don't know if this is sloppy work or your inventory management practices result in items mis labeled at the warehouse. It's incredibly frustrating to wait for items that are available to ship now, even from other sites, and then have them arrive wrong half the time. I love the products you produce, but it seems to get any reasonable level of service I have to wait until your products are carried by other retailers.

Eaglemoss is great the website, not so much

I've spent hundreds of dollars at eaglemoss because their products are great but the website is confusing and even if I'm on different networks the website lags. I wish they would make it more streamline. Opinion from a ongoing customer.
