I like to visit the site and browse the full collection. The site bogs down a lot though, getting worse and worse the further down I scroll, as your server works to try and download pics to my browser. It's not an internet speed issue on my end (I have very fast internet). I'd suggest finding a way to improve browsing for your customers.

I have a lot of issues with the site not working (I am on an Android phone, using chrome). The layout is great, and the search abilities are great. However, the loading sometimes takes forever, especially if scrolling through products. And sometimes the speech bubble offering help covers up half the screen, and there's no way to get rid of it. Other than those couple of issues, great!

Product arrived okay but it took over a month to receive the product

The products that come out of Eaglemoss are superior. Extremely well made and archival quality packaging. The complaint is that they are extremely slow - giving an availability date three months out that most likely changes to six months or even a year. So, you never order from Eaglemoss in anticipation of making a birthday - at least not that year. The extensions of these dates are never communicated to the pre-order customers. We find out by going to the product page and looking at the updated availability date on the product listing. I would prefer that I was sent an email saying "sorry, we said Dec 22 but it will now be May 23" and give me the option for a refund. Now, once a product ships I get all kinds of information which is helpful and welcome. And, of course, the final product is awesome and as described.

I wish when I clicked on an item and returned back to the main listings it would bring me back to that item. I don't like it that instead I'm back at the beginning of the main listings and have the scroll the entire thing again. Otherwise, the site is ok.
