Eaglemoss has some of the best, if not the finest, products for the Star Trek & Battlestar Galactica franchises. Even if you’re not a fan, you’ll have to admit these models just look cool. They are intricately made and painted. The price point isn’t bad either. My only knock against Eaglemoss is sometimes it’s very difficult to get a hold of someone in customer service. I’ve emailed Eaglemoss three times in the past. One time I received a prompt response. The next I waited three weeks for a reply. The last one got no reply at all. Most of the time there aren’t any problems with my orders. Though I did receive the wrong booklet with my order once. I would’ve liked to have corrected the error but since my last email didn’t get a response I thought I’d just live with it.

Currently every time you release new items with an Ad those same items are not in the main Catalog making it impossible to order the New item AND any items from the Main Catalog. This negates the maximum benefits of discounts and becomes very irritating. Please keep Main Catalog updated as you release new items.

The discount deadlines were different in the mailings so I missed one after I made sure I had the funds to cover the purchase. Missed it by a few hours. Please make sure the same deadline is on all the mailings.

Your products are overall great with a few defects once in a while, but your site often gives me issues. It will take longer and longer to load the further I scroll to the point that it’s almost unusable. I also wish there were more filter options for Star Trek ships due to how many there are, such as filtering by species or time period or show or concept ships.
