I had ordered a USS Curry along with this order and although apparently available online it must have been some sort of fluke because the ship model was apparently not available at the warehouse but the magazine was. I had only received the magazine with my order. Apparently the lack of model caused the shipping to be delayed I imagine because there was a search for the model. It took some time for my order to ship. When I had called and emailed nothing was really said about any issues. This is just what I imagined happened based on the available information and communication. I did get the response that my model will be mailed to me when it is available. I am willing to be patient. Aside from that everything went smoothly, the person I talked to on the phone was helpful, everything usually works out well ordering from you guys, its just this issue and I want to know what the actual problem was.

I have been an Eaglemoss customer for a few years. Their products are great. However, the shipping takes a long time. Once they are actually shipped they are fast to arrive, but I am still waiting for a preorder that was supposed to be available September 29th.

Canadian site lists items that are NOT available in Canada. Not very practical from a consumer point of view. Very happy with the items I can get.

Sometimes the promotional discounts come up short. The discount will say 15%, but not all items come out to that (I always read the exceptions). You buy 5 items (something like that) - when you take the total and calculate the percentage, sometimes it comes out to be 13%. And all 5 items are similar in price (and not exclusions).

Item quality is fantastic. Variety is, too. They do not charge your card until item is shipped, which is nice. But, knowing which item they are sending is tough. Often they send a tracking number AFTER it's billed or after item arrives or both.
