Give the lady I talked to on the phone 5 stars I ordered 7 items 6 were awesome but the one item I did order I got something else. Ordered the batwing but got a batmobile instead

Each item is great. Good details, nice paint, good size, fair price. But... the shipping took over a month, and when i contacted their "overseas partner" i never recieved any information or feedback. :(

So far I have gotten all the items I have ordered. I wish though that they would email when an item or items has been sent out for delivery so I know what to expect. Specially if it is part of a bigger order they cannot ship at the same time.

Models arrived in the expected time frame, and they're mostly very very good. Of the 4 ships I ordered, one of them has *slightly* crooked engines, and the blue coloring in the translucent plastic parts is kind of weak. But these are very minor concerns, only evident on close inspection. Still looks very good on my shelf. The other 3 ships are near perfect.

Eaglemoss Star Trek Starships are beautiful looking ships. These I ordered (Enterprise C and D and The Reliant) are in perfect shape. Perfectly happy with them. Would of had 5 out of 5 stars but I will score it a 4/5 due to the long delay on shipping. Ordered on Dec 19th and finally got them on Jan 31st. Once shipped, they arrived in no time, but there was fulfillment issues. The customer service I received during the delay was great. Those who I was in contact with, replied to my emails fairly quickly with straight forward answers. Thank you. I will be buying more ships later in the future!
