I ordered several items in October, I received one item from this order, 5 weeks later, nothing else has been delivered and I have had no update,

Never got my item

I bought an advent calendar. But it still hasn't arrived and can't get a hold of customer service either. Worthless. Do not buy here.

Never received package

I never received my package and it was supposed to arrive in 2 days. There was no email communicating any tracking information.

Canceling after 10 minutes wasnt possible

After I saw my miskate I did during the purchase I tried to cancel my order (10 minutes after the purchase) Next day I got the email sorry allready swnt isnt possible anymore. Now I tried to write a 4th mail cause customer service does not understand the problem. Instead sends me the tracking nr. So sometimes first read mails instead of trying to deliver instantly will help. Bow I lost over 50 Punds and get no items. Install a damn cancelbutton like nearly everywhere.
