Crazy slow delivery waiting 3 to 4 weeks nothing arrives contact eaglemoss told to wait longer. Eventually after 5 to 6 weeks have to open PayPal dispute every time. Worst company i have ever felt with. Quick and efficent to take my money though.

I ordered a knitting kit on january 13. Never received it and no reply on my email either. But you dó find time to send me a request for a nice review!

I havent got what I ordered. It has not arrived!

Will never buy anything again from EagleMoss, very bad experience, costumer support from 0 no none. Paid, never received, complained and got told to take a hike. The one star is for the fast answer of “hey pal f@€& yourself, hand have a nice day”

Slow customer service, accepting orders when items aren't in stock while shop says they are, taking over a month to realise and refund.
