Ive preordered things and they did not deliver

I ordered and paid six days ago and have yet to receive an email advising if product has shipped. Don't ask to review a product before confirming the customer has actually received it

They took money for a week, just to say after few days - out of stock. Never more

Ordered something 3 weeks ago for a Christmas present and it isn't even dispatched yet.

5 days from order but I didn’t get any info about my order except confirmation.
