Haven't received it yet

I ordered 4 products from the website (which all showed in stock) I received only one as the website was not up to date. I had to chase one of the three items as it seemed slow to arrive, only to be told it was out of stock. This was for a gift so disappointed. Customer service did revert back to me straight away and provide a refund however despite this I won’t be returning to this store.

Nothing has arrived, as usual no contact from eaglemoss, except a request this review. No delivery. No tracking. Nothing.

How to review a purchase when it hasn’t arrived yet…

No e-mail confirmation of order. Shopping basket thinks free shipping starts at 65 euro. Model isn't shipped yet so I can't review the product.
