1. After I bought and paid for my items, I didn't get any more detail until they arrive or not.
2. Item can go out of stock after my order, and this is not good if like part 1 will not be sent only part 2 from a series.
3. I only found out about items not sent, by reaching out to customer support.
Please give information about stock and delivery after purchase.

Communication flaw
I did not receive any mail what so ever. Not about the confirmation of the order, not about that the product has being send, not about the expected moment of delivery. None of that, even not when i stated this at the customer serves by phone. The product itself Enterprice NCC-1701 is perfect.
