I received the chips and case yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful. Communication with your company was extremely unsatisfactory. Sometimes I would leave 4 or 5 voicemails with no reply. When I did get a live person, he had to check on availability, and didn’t call me back. Every step of the way was on me. I finally sent an email for a tracking number and it took days for a response. I know shipping from the factory is not in your control, but I honestly thought maybe you went out of business. Sorry, but you asked.
