The biggest issue is the chips are not flat. When you put the chips in a stack of 20 which is standard, the entire stack wobbles, which must mean the surface isn't flat. I've played with many other poker chips and all of them are stable in stacks of 20. Also, the chips weigh 10.5-11g, not the 11.5-12g as advertised.

Product came to me damaged. Sent a picture of damage and no reply or email back . I was also told I would get a partial refund on shipping since I opted for a less expensive shipping . I did not receive that either

My coin inlay chips are falling apart

Not what I thought it would be like. Too small and confusing as to how to operate the levels. I would return it, but not worth the time, postal and, return fees and stocking fees. I had a great timer “Poker Genie”, but co is out of business. You are better off downloading the Free Timer app on a Lap Top. I would not recommend this
