4 weeks later and I still don't have the playground nor do i have any idea if / when i will receive it! Very disappointed. No refund of $157 shipping costs. Not an easy transaction at all and I strongly recommend others purchase elsewhere.

Terrible service, excessive delays by both Plum & Courier meaning a missed christmas present a month after ordering it. Won't shop again.

Terrible to deal with - can’t speak to a person - products arrive late - sometimes not at all - customer service non existent

Rubbish company, rubbish products, quick to take your money and ignore your you when there are some issues (and there are always a ton of issues with this company), they deliberfately drag their feet hoping you will be exhausted dealing with them and go away. SO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AT ALL COST
