Awful service, website etc

I have made two separate purchases. The first was easy and delivered quickly. The second order was placed no more than two weeks later but the website had changed. It was difficult to use and the prices were all more expensive. I feel the quality of the springs are second rate and dangerous. A better rating would depend on the outcome of my expressed concerns.
