Unfortunately our experience with the shipping hasn't been great. Most parts of the frame showed up on 7th August. Then the slide on 14th August. We are still waiting on the main cross bar so that we can actually use the swingset. I understand that sometimes being a bulky item it might be delivered in a number of deliveries but to stretch it out over 3 seperate weekends (especially during the current lockdown and buying it specifically to help entertain our very small children) has been less than ideal!

Left enough time to recieve delivery , placed on Thursday. Contacted customer care straight after to check if delivery can be expedited- and I was willing to pay. Received emails back to say yes ok, they will contact wharehouse an get it expedited- however come Monday I called and found out it hasn't left the warehouse and it won't until Wednesday - contradicting what the team initially said. I have been promised a refund so waiting on that. Bit sad. . . wanted it to work out.

Took 3 weeks to be delivered when we live only 3 hours away from the warehouse. Which is ridiculous considering the $150 shipping fee. Tried ringing Sydney office multiple times with no answer. Can’t contact anyone in Sydney. Can only contact UK office online. Not happy with the large splits all through every piece even though they assure me it doesn’t affect it’s integrity. Still pretty crap to pay hundreds of dollars for split timber.

This required multiple follow ups to Plum 'The Active Play Specialists'. Only one day prior I was told I would receive a replacement however this is acceptable and deemed SAFE. . . apparently for children!!? “Yes, our Product Development Team has reviewed the information and confirmed that the product has been assembled correctly and is safe to use as intended, including the exposed metal couplings on the horizontal frame bars”. (see photos) For children 3+ Years!!?

My order hadn't even been processed yet after 8 days and the customer service team was very slow in replying to my query. I'm now waiting for a refund and would not order again.
